Does registering also apply for a Trade Account?
Portal registration and a Cornwall Couriers Trade Account enquiry are separate. For regular business delivery requirements, use our Trade Account form. Account arrangements are reviewed individually.
Does opening the portal confirm a booking or payment?
No. Opening a link or registering is not a booking or payment confirmation. Follow the portal’s instructions and check the actual confirmation of any action you complete there.
What if the portal does not open or I cannot log in?
Email us with a brief description of the problem. Do not send passwords, security codes, payment-card details or sensitive customer information. We can help clarify the next step.
