Worldwide delivery. A clear plan for your shipment.

Arrange international deliveries for documents, business parcels, pallets and bulky goods. We review overseas collections and deliveries to or from Cornwall and the UK using the details of your shipment.

Begin with the destination and the contents.

Send the collection country, full destination address and postcode, plus a useful description of what will travel. “Parts” or “personal items” leaves important questions unanswered. Describe the articles, their intended use and whether they are new, used, sold, returned or sent for repair.

Worldwide coverage means we consider international shipment requirements; it does not mean every item is accepted at every address. The destination, contents and suitable service must be checked together before a booking is confirmed.

Match the service to your priorities.

A single envelope and a pallet of equipment need different transport arrangements. Give the packed-ready date, preferred delivery window and any deadline that cannot move. Explain whether the recipient is a business or private address and when someone can accept the consignment.

Tell us if handling, a particular route or keeping goods upright matters more than the earliest arrival. The proposed service, timing and any delivery restrictions are discussed for the shipment; this page does not promise a fixed transit time or transport mode.

Package for the complete journey.

Measure and weigh each item after protective packaging is in place. Include the pallet base, crate and any overhang. For multiple pieces, prepare a numbered list with dimensions and weight per package so the collection contact can identify the complete load.

Explain fragile surfaces, liquids, batteries or other contents that may need specific acceptance checks. Share the type of packaging and required travel position. For heavy goods, give the lifting equipment, loading access and unloading arrangements at each address.

Resolve paperwork and charges before dispatch.

The information needed depends on the goods, route and shipment purpose. Provide an accurate description and value, and check who is responsible for the export and import formalities. For a UK export, GOV.UK guidance is a useful starting point for documents and destination requirements.

Check what is included in the quoted transport price and who will pay any applicable duties, taxes or clearance charges. An overseas recipient may need to provide information or take action before delivery can proceed. For goods coming into the UK, see the government customs overview and discuss the actual shipment requirements.

Put the full request in one email.

Include both addresses, a goods list, packaged measurements, weights, value and timing. Add clear photographs for bulky or unusual loads. If something needs to return, describe the outward and return journeys separately. This gives us a useful basis for reviewing options and asking focused follow-up questions.

Your questions, answered.

Can you arrange an overseas collection for a UK delivery?

Send the origin country, collection address, goods description and UK destination. We review the available service, paperwork and handover arrangements before confirming whether the shipment can be accepted.

Are customs duties included in the delivery price?

Do not assume that duties, import taxes or clearance costs form part of the transport quote. The applicable charges and who is responsible for them need to be clear before dispatch.

Can documents and bulky goods use the same service?

Not necessarily. Acceptance, packaging, handling and transport options depend on the contents and destination. Describe the actual shipment so a suitable service can be considered.
