European deliveries

We arrange European courier deliveries to and from Cornwall and the UK, from important documents and business parcels to pallets and bulky equipment. The collection country is as important as the destination when choosing a service.

Share both addresses or postcodes, the packaged dimensions and weight, and the date the goods will be ready. Explain any essential arrival deadline so the transport options can be reviewed for that journey.

Worldwide deliveries

For deliveries beyond Europe, start with the countries, goods and purpose of the shipment. A document, a parcel of sold goods and equipment travelling temporarily can need different arrangements.

Destination availability, transport options and restrictions are checked for the individual shipment. The proposed service and what it includes are confirmed before a booking is agreed; worldwide coverage does not mean every item can travel to every destination.

Prepare the details for an international quote

List the number of pieces, packaged length, width and height, weight per piece and total weight. Include a clear goods description, declared value, collection date and the recipient’s receiving hours.

For business goods, state whether the movement is a sale, return, temporary shipment or another purpose. Describe batteries, restricted materials, unusual handling or goods that must remain upright before booking.

Understand customs, paperwork and separate charges

Cross-border deliveries may need customs declarations and supporting documents. The requirements depend on the countries, the goods and the type of movement. We will clarify the information required for the proposed service.

Transport charges, customs clearance, duties and taxes are different costs. Check what the quote includes, what may be payable separately and who is responsible for those charges before agreeing the booking.

Make collection and delivery arrangements clear

For pallets and bulky items, describe access, loading equipment and assistance at both addresses. Include site restrictions, booked receiving slots and any onward connection or planned return journey.

Email the shipment details together for review. If the item list, packaging, destination or deadline changes, tell us before collection so the transport, paperwork and price can be checked again.

What details do you need for European or worldwide transport?

Email both countries and postcodes, a clear goods description, the number of pieces, packaged dimensions, weights, declared value and preferred dates. Say whether the movement is a sale, return, repair or temporary shipment. We review the route, service and relevant paperwork; ask what clearance and other charges are included before agreeing the booking. International handling and timing are confirmed individually.

Do you collect and deliver outside Cornwall?

Yes. We arrange deliveries from Cornwall to other UK destinations, collections elsewhere for delivery into Cornwall and UK-wide journeys. European and worldwide shipments can also be reviewed. Give both ends of the route rather than only the destination, together with the goods and any deadline.

Can you move fragile or high-value items?

Describe the item, its value, packaging, permitted orientation and any special handling or no-transfer requirement before booking. Photographs can help explain the goods and their protection. We need to confirm suitability and the relevant liability and insurance arrangements for that consignment. A Fragile label alone does not establish specialist handling or cover.

How do I request additional protection for valuable goods?

Raise it before booking and provide the goods description, full value, packaging and handling details. A higher Business Customer liability limit needs individual review and express written acceptance, including any charge and conditions. Any separate cargo insurance is a different arrangement requiring its own written evidence. A request or declared value alone activates neither. If the value exceeds the applicable Business Customer limit, a suitable written arrangement is needed before acceptance. Consumers are not capped by the fixed business tiers or Declared Value.
