Cornwall couriers.
Care is in the details.
A delivery is rarely just an item moving from one place to another. It can keep a business working, make an event possible or get something important into the right hands.

Cornwall roots. A wider perspective.
Cornwall Couriers Ltd is based in Camborne, Cornwall. We arrange courier collections and deliveries for businesses and individuals, with journeys to and from Cornwall, across the UK, throughout Europe and worldwide.
Our premium approach begins with understanding the requirement: the goods, the route, the deadline and the details that can make a difference at either end.
Clear details before the journey.
We ask about dimensions, weight, handling and access because those details shape the service. Where something is unusual, we want to understand it before the booking is confirmed.
Useful communication.
For a straightforward delivery, start with a quote. For something more involved, email the details so they can be reviewed together. If an existing delivery needs immediate attention, you can reach us by telephone.
A suitable service, thoughtfully arranged.
From a one-off collection to a regular business route, the aim is simple: clear arrangements for what you need to move.
A few details, made clear.
Does a quote or payment confirm my booking?
For a direct booking, a quote, booking request or payment is not itself Booking Confirmation. We confirm separately after reviewing the details, verifying any required payment or approved account terms and securing suitable transport. An expressly authorised marketplace or other agreed acceptance channel may have a different process; a contract already accepted through that channel is not made provisional by our internal confirmation steps. Check the agreed route, goods, timing, service and price before relying on the arrangement.
Do you collect and deliver outside Cornwall?
Yes. We arrange deliveries from Cornwall to other UK destinations, collections elsewhere for delivery into Cornwall and UK-wide journeys. European and worldwide shipments can also be reviewed. Give both ends of the route rather than only the destination, together with the goods and any deadline.
Where can I see the business liability limits?
The approved v1.7 Terms set out UK goods-liability limits for Business Customers of £10,000 for Dedicated and Premium, £500 for Standard and £100 for Economy, for all goods under one Booking / Consignment. They do not apply to Consumers and are not insurance-cover amounts. A higher limit up to £50,000 requires individual review and express written acceptance before booking. Approval alone does not make the Terms effective: check their publication status on the Terms page and confirm the applicable Terms before booking. Existing bookings keep their agreed terms.
What if I am not sure which service to choose?
Start with the Service Finder and answer from what you know. Unknown measurements, a specialist item or an unclear deadline may lead to individual review. Its result is a discussion starting point, not a booking or acceptance decision. Send a goods description, both postcodes and your timing constraints if you need help narrowing the options.
