One journey or a recurring requirement.

We arrange deliveries to and from Cornwall, across the UK, throughout Europe and worldwide. Share both ends of the route, what will travel and when it needs to be received. Transport and handling are agreed for the actual consignment.

For repeat work, describe a typical week and where the load or timing changes. Our business delivery service is a starting point for discussing regular arrangements. International shipments and detailed itineraries are best outlined by email.

View all questions & answers
Can you carry envelopes, documents, large parcels and pallets?

Yes, these can be considered from small documents and parcels through to bulky goods and pallets. Suitability depends on the complete packaged load, its weight, route and handling. Describe the actual contents and any restrictions rather than relying on a label such as parcel or pallet. Specialist, restricted or unusual goods need acceptance review, and some items cannot be carried.

What information helps with regular business deliveries?

Share your usual routes, frequency, typical goods, packaged sizes, receiving arrangements and any predictable busy periods. Mention what changes from job to job. We can discuss a practical service and quoting process, with availability, pricing and any account facilities agreed individually. Regular work does not automatically establish a fixed rate, reserved capacity or credit terms.

What loading and unloading help is included?

The four UK road options include basic, safe assistance from one driver for packed goods at an easily accessible ground-floor entrance, without stairs or a long carry. Waiting, loading and unloading share the selected service’s included stop-time allowance. Intensive work, additional people or specialist equipment need prior review and an agreed plan. International assistance is confirmed individually.

Can my business apply for a trade account?

Yes. Use the trade account form to describe your company, usual goods, routes and delivery frequency. It prepares an email for you to review and send; completing the form alone does not send an application or open an account. Applications are reviewed individually, with any invoicing facilities and payment terms agreed before use. Request a separate quote for an actual delivery.
