Express & overnight delivery

Express & overnight delivery. Plan around your deadline.

Arrange express and overnight courier deliveries to and from Cornwall and across the UK. Start with when the goods will be ready and when they need to arrive, so we can assess the journey you actually need.

Express or overnight: explain the result you need.

An urgent replacement part, paperwork for an appointment and goods needed the following morning can have very different transport requirements. Give the required arrival date and time rather than relying on a service label alone. Tell us whether that deadline is essential or whether a wider receiving window would work.

Express describes an urgent delivery requirement. Overnight means a journey arranged for delivery on the following day; it does not automatically promise next-morning arrival. Collection time, route, receiving hours and transport availability must be checked before the timing is agreed.

Connect the collection with the deadline.

Confirm the complete address at each end, when the whole consignment will be packed and ready, and how late the recipient can accept it. Explain any access appointment, gatehouse procedure or collection reference. If goods are released by a supplier, check their readiness before requesting the journey.

For a delivery needed today, include how much time is available between collection and receipt. For the following day, state the actual date and local receiving hours, especially around weekends and bank holidays. We confirm what can be arranged for that journey; this page does not publish a universal cut-off time.

Match the transport to the goods.

Describe each package and give its external dimensions and weight. Small urgent items and palletised goods need different vehicle and handling plans. Say whether an exclusive vehicle, direct journey or restriction on transfers is essential, rather than assuming it is included in every express enquiry.

  • State who can load and unload, and what equipment is available.
  • Include a contact able to release the goods and another able to receive them.
  • Identify timed appointments, restricted access and any return leg.
  • Tell us about fragile, unusually valuable or regulated goods before booking.

Know what happens next.

For a time-critical express or overnight requirement, ask us to confirm whether Dedicated or Premium can meet your specific deadline. Timing must be agreed individually before booking. Standard and Economy use flexible delivery windows and are not an overnight promise. Use the quote journey for a straightforward UK consignment, or email if the deadline, stops or handling need more explanation.

For Europe or worldwide delivery, email the countries, goods and deadline first. UK express or overnight terminology should not be treated as an international transit promise. Keep the written confirmation of the collection, delivery arrangement, price and applicable Terms.

Your questions, answered.

Does overnight mean guaranteed next-morning delivery?

No. State the date and latest acceptable arrival time. The proposed collection and delivery arrangement must be confirmed for the route, goods and available transport before booking.

Can you collect elsewhere in the UK and deliver to Cornwall?

Yes. We handle enquiries in both directions. Give both postcodes, collection readiness, package details and the recipient’s receiving hours.

Is express a separate pricing tier?

No. It describes a timing requirement. Ask about Dedicated or Premium and have the collection and arrival timing confirmed for your journey. Standard and Economy have flexible delivery windows; selecting either does not confirm an express or overnight deadline.

What if my goods are not ready at the expected time?

Tell us as soon as the collection readiness changes. A revised collection may affect the arrival plan, availability and price, so the arrangement needs to be reviewed.
