Sensitive delivery. Clear requirements from the start.
For goods or documents needing particular security and handover arrangements, send a clear delivery brief. We review secure courier enquiries to and from Cornwall and across the UK against the actual requirements.
Email your requirements
Define what secure means for your delivery.
A restricted reception desk, confidential paperwork and equipment with a particular handover requirement each need a different brief. Tell us what must happen at collection, during transport and on arrival. Use practical requirements rather than relying on the word “secure” alone.
State whether a named recipient, direct journey, exclusive vehicle or restriction on transfers is required. These are arrangements to assess and confirm for your booking, not automatic features promised for every consignment.
Keep the enquiry useful without sharing sensitive contents.
A general description of the goods, package count, dimensions, weight, value and route is normally more useful initially than copies of confidential documents. Do not email passwords, access codes, patient records or unnecessary personal information as part of a delivery enquiry.
If the shipment involves restricted information, unusual risk or a contractual security standard, describe that requirement without disclosing the sensitive material itself. Suitability must be checked before the goods are accepted.
Agree collection and recipient instructions.
Give a contact who is authorised to release the sealed goods and a contact able to receive them. Explain receiving hours, appointment requirements and the handover location. Check whether reception or a mailroom may accept the package, or whether the request requires a specific person.
Tell us what should happen if the intended recipient is unavailable. Waiting, redelivery, return and alternative-recipient instructions should be agreed rather than improvised after arrival. Request the delivery confirmation you need and check what can actually be provided.
Confirm the scope before relying on it.
This service page does not promise an accredited security operation, armed transport, continuous tracking or a certified chain of custody. If your organisation requires a particular certification, documented control or contractual standard, make it explicit in the enquiry and obtain written confirmation of suitability.
For high-value goods, also confirm the applicable liability or cover terms for the consignment. A secure-delivery description does not establish insurance. The agreed service, handling instructions and Terms remain the basis of the booking.
Your questions, answered.
Can I ask for delivery to a named person?
Yes. Give the person’s role, receiving location and availability, plus your instructions if they are absent. The specific handover arrangement must be agreed before booking.
Does this include a certified chain of custody?
No such certification is claimed on this page. If your shipment requires a formal standard or auditable procedure, provide the requirement first so suitability can be checked.
Should I send confidential documents with my enquiry?
Please send a general goods description and practical transport requirements first. Avoid attaching sensitive contents, access codes or unnecessary personal information.
Is a dedicated vehicle always included?
No. Tell us if exclusivity, a direct journey or restricted transfers are required. The transport arrangement and price must be confirmed for the booking.
