Your print run.
Its next important stop.

Plan from packed-ready time to handover.
Start with the printer’s address, order reference and the time the complete consignment will be packed and released. Tell us the latest receiving time at the destination and what it relates to: a launch, store opening, exhibition or customer appointment. A production finish time may leave packing and dispatch still to do.
We arrange deliveries into Cornwall, outward from Cornwall and across the UK. For an urgent run, share the release time and deadline with your same-day enquiry. Availability and the complete journey need review before a collection or arrival time is confirmed.
Describe every carton, panel and display.
Record the packaged size and weight of each type of piece, then its quantity. Include tubes, protective boards, cases, pallet bases and anything projecting beyond the package. A finished sign’s dimensions may be different from those of its transport packaging. Our measuring guide helps you prepare the complete load list.
Explain which surfaces need protection, whether panels must stay upright and which packages cannot be stacked. Separate loose fixings and accessories into clearly identified packages. For palletised print, include the loaded height and gross weight, plus loading equipment at both addresses.
Make a multi-address order easy to follow.
For a shop campaign or several venues, provide an address-by-address list. Match every carton or bundle to its destination and give the receiving contact, opening hours and delivery entrance. Mark whether a time window is essential or simply preferred; several overlapping appointments may need a different plan.
- Identify the order reference and complete package count.
- Group goods by delivery address before collection.
- Explain stairs, long carries and loading-bay restrictions.
- List any display cases or equipment returning afterwards.
Keep transport and installation separate in the brief. State where the goods must be handed over and who will receive them. Fitting signs, assembling stands, unpacking or removing previous displays is not automatically part of a courier booking.
Prepare for repeat campaigns and overseas events.
For recurring print collections, describe the normal frequency, load size and busiest periods through a trade account enquiry. Each delivery still needs an agreed route and service; an account application does not reserve capacity.
For Europe or worldwide destinations, email both countries, the contents, packaged measurements, value and shipment purpose. An international delivery plan is reviewed separately. For exhibition material, include the venue instructions and any outward and return itinerary.
Print delivery questions.
Can you collect directly from our printer?
Yes, subject to the transport arrangements being confirmed. Give the printer’s release reference, packed-ready time, piece count and collection contact. Check that the complete order can be released to the courier; a proof approval or print completion time is not a collection-ready time.
Can one collection go to several shops or venues?
Send the stops in order, the packages for each address and their receiving windows. Label each group clearly. We review the complete load, timing and extra stops before quoting; a single-destination estimate does not price the distribution run.
Does signage delivery include fitting or installation?
No installation is included simply by booking courier transport. Describe the packed panels, stands or fittings and agree the handover point, loading and unloading. Arrange fitting separately, and identify any return packaging or equipment you want collected.
