Within Cornwall, into Cornwall and outward.

A supplier collection elsewhere in the UK for a Cornish business matters just as much as a consignment leaving Cornwall. We arrange both, alongside UK-wide journeys and European or worldwide deliveries. Describe where the goods are now, where they need to go and when they will be ready.

For collections or deliveries around Camborne, Redruth, Truro, Falmouth, Penzance, Newquay, St Austell and other Cornish locations, use the full postcode and actual address. These places describe the delivery area; the individual route and service are agreed for your booking.

Explain access beyond the postcode.

A narrow lane, steep approach or tight courtyard can affect the vehicle and handover plan. Tell us about gates, turning space, height restrictions and the distance between the vehicle stopping point and the goods. At a town-centre address, include any loading restrictions and the hours when access is possible.

  • Give a clear collection point if the address has several entrances.
  • Describe stairs, slopes and any carrying assistance required.
  • Confirm loading equipment for pallets or heavy pieces at both ends.
  • Include the receiving contact and a usable time window.

Match the service to the consignment.

Documents, packaged parcels, bulky items and pallets need different amounts of space and handling. Our measuring guide helps you prepare the dimensions and weights. For an essential arrival today, give the deadline with your same-day enquiry so feasibility can be checked.

For routine supplier collections or stock transfers, outline the normal week and any variations. Scheduled delivery and business account arrangements can be discussed around that brief, without treating an account application as a collection booking.

Islands and journeys across borders.

For the Isles of Scilly or another UK island destination, provide the full destination, freight details and any onward handover. Crossing and receiving arrangements need to be planned for the specific journey. Use the coverage guide to explore places, then email the details.

European and worldwide enquiries should include both countries, the goods description, value and shipment purpose. See international courier services. For a straightforward UK journey, start with a quote.

View all questions & answers
Do you collect and deliver outside Cornwall?

Yes. We arrange deliveries from Cornwall to other UK destinations, collections elsewhere for delivery into Cornwall and UK-wide journeys. European and worldwide shipments can also be reviewed. Give both ends of the route rather than only the destination, together with the goods and any deadline.

What if there are stairs, a long carry or difficult access?

Explain the floors, carry distance, doorway and stair dimensions, stopping place and the goods’ size and weight. Photographs can help clarify the route from the vehicle to the handover point. Additional handling and any extra person must be arranged beforehand; selecting a larger vehicle does not provide a two-person crew or confirm safe access.

My town is not shown on the map. Can I still ask for a delivery?

Yes. The map shows examples for exploring coverage, not every address we can consider. Use the actual collection and delivery postcodes in your enquiry. A missing map label does not mean we cannot serve the route; the individual journey, goods and access still need to be checked.

Does the Vehicle Finder guarantee that my load fits?

No. It compares your entered goods with category guide dimensions and payload. For identical items it checks a simple arrangement without stacking; mixed loads need individual planning. The actual vehicle’s usable space, door openings, wheel arches, load restraint, access and equipment still need to be confirmed. A suggested category does not reserve a vehicle.
