Freight forwarding. The whole journey considered.
We arrange freight forwarding enquiries from Cornwall and the wider UK, including European and worldwide movements. Share the consignment and destination so the required transport and partner arrangements can be reviewed.

Describe the shipment from collection to receipt.
Freight forwarding brings together the transport arrangements a shipment needs. Give the collection and delivery countries, full addresses and the goods that need to move. Include a supplier collection, return leg or several destinations at the outset so the whole requirement can be considered.
Explain whether the load consists of cartons, crates, pallets or other packaged goods. The route, transport mode, partner availability and acceptance requirements are assessed for the actual consignment. The same service or transit arrangement should not be assumed for every destination.
Give measurements that transport partners can use.
List the package count, external dimensions and weight of each unit, including pallet bases, crates and projecting parts. State whether units can be stacked and whether they must travel upright. Include the total consignment weight and any handling restrictions.
Describe vehicle access and available loading equipment at collection and delivery. A commercial warehouse, port-related handover and private address have different arrangements. Confirm who can operate the equipment and whether an appointment, reference or specific receiving window is required.
Agree the scope and responsibilities.
Identify the dates the goods will be ready and the deadline they need to meet. Ask which transport stages are included, how the final handover will work and what assumptions the quote depends on. Special handling, storage, waiting or onward delivery should be stated before the arrangement is accepted.
For an international movement, provide the goods description, value, origin and purpose, such as sale, repair or return. Agree who supplies shipment documents, arranges any required declarations and meets applicable duties, taxes or clearance charges. This page does not offer customs brokerage or establish a particular clearance arrangement.
Keep partner arrangements and customer expectations clear.
Freight forwarding may involve transport partners. The proposed mode, service scope and relevant conditions must be confirmed for your shipment. Photographs of ports or freight operations illustrate international logistics; they do not represent our own air or sea fleet.
Email your shipment brief so the route, goods and responsibilities can be reviewed together. A forwarding enquiry or preliminary estimate does not confirm acceptance, a fixed arrival time or insurance. Keep the agreed quotation, handling instructions and applicable Terms before dispatch.
Your questions, answered.
Can you arrange freight to or from Cornwall?
Yes. Send the full route, goods and handling information. We review UK, European and worldwide enquiries with the appropriate transport and partner requirements for the consignment.
Can you arrange every transport mode or destination?
Availability is assessed for each shipment. Give the destination and deadline so the proposed route and mode can be confirmed; no particular carrier, mode or worldwide route is guaranteed by this page.
Are customs duties and clearance included?
Do not assume they are. The quotation must identify what is included and who is responsible for documents, declarations, duties, taxes and any clearance charges.
What is the difference between a pallet quote and freight forwarding?
A straightforward UK pallet journey may need a single transport arrangement. Forwarding enquiries can involve more stages or partner requirements. Send the whole shipment brief so the appropriate route can be agreed.
