Courier deliveries from Cornwall to Leeds.

Leeds is about 360 miles from Truro by road. The usual route follows the A30 to Exeter, the M5 to the West Midlands and then the M42, A42 and M1 north, with the M621 and the Leeds ring road serving most of the city.

Plan a delivery this far north.

Leeds is one of the longer journeys from Cornwall, so give us the ready time and the latest acceptable delivery time when you ask for a quote. Same-day delivery needs goods ready early and a suitable vehicle. A delivery the next working morning, or a flexible date with Standard or Economy, may suit the goods better.

Measure the packed goods, including pallets with the load on. Our measuring guide shows how.

Delivering in Leeds and West Yorkshire.

Many industrial and distribution sites are in Aire Valley Leeds, south-east of the city centre between the M1 and the M621, including Cross Green and Stourton. Leeds does not have a charging Clean Air Zone.

  • Industrial estates and distribution sites: give the unit, goods-in hours and whether a forklift or loading dock is available.
  • Business parks, such as Thorpe Park: give the building, reception or goods-in point and a contact.
  • City-centre offices and shops: describe the loading arrangements and how far the goods need to be carried.
  • Homes: give a contact who will be there and where a vehicle can stop.

Questions about Cornwall to Leeds deliveries.

Can you deliver from Cornwall to Leeds the same day? Sometimes, when the goods are ready early enough and a suitable vehicle is available. Send the ready time and the latest arrival time, and we will confirm what is possible before booking.

Is there a lower-cost option for goods that are not urgent? Standard and Economy use flexible dates and shared transport, with possible transfers. The goods, size and handling must suit the service, and we confirm it before booking.

Can you collect elsewhere in Yorkshire? Yes. Give the full collection address and postcode, and the journey is planned from there.

How is Premium different from Dedicated?

Both plan the same driver and vehicle throughout, without planned depot or hub transfers, and allow you to request dates for confirmation. Dedicated is exclusive to your consignment. Premium may carry compatible goods from another customer. If exclusivity is essential, say so explicitly rather than assuming that a direct journey means an empty vehicle apart from your goods.

What can travel with Economy?

Economy is for a simple, non-urgent consignment suitable for the Small Van or Midi Van SWB category: no more than 50 kg in total, including packaging, and no packed edge over 100 cm on any item. It requires flexible dates, shared transport and possible transfers within seven working days for collection and delivery together. Urgent or fixed-time work, two-person handling and required specialist equipment are outside its normal scope. These limits do not establish that a person can safely lift an item.

What loading and unloading help is included?

The four UK road options include basic, safe assistance from one driver for packed goods at an easily accessible ground-floor entrance, without stairs or a long carry. Waiting, loading and unloading share the selected service’s included stop-time allowance. Intensive work, additional people or specialist equipment need prior review and an agreed plan. International assistance is confirmed individually.

What information helps with regular business deliveries?

Share your usual routes, frequency, typical goods, packaged sizes, receiving arrangements and any predictable busy periods. Mention what changes from job to job. We can discuss a practical service and quoting process, with availability, pricing and any account facilities agreed individually. Regular work does not automatically establish a fixed rate, reserved capacity or credit terms.
